Hello, I’m Alice.
My passion for swimming and teaching began early, and I’ve been immersed in the aquatic industry since age 12. By my late teens, I was a seasoned instructor, and at 23, I launched my own swim school, School of Little Swimmers (SOLS).
Lauren joined SOLS in 2017. Initially a swim teacher, her natural talent and leadership quickly elevated her into a pivotal role, working closely with me to drive the growth and success of the school. Together, we launched Alutra to meet the growing need for mobile swim lessons, blending our strengths as business partners and friends.
Learning within one’s own environment is foundational to building skills that will be used daily. Alutra’s approach is tailored to each family’s home pool, building confidence, safety, and swimming skills right where they’ll be applied every day.
And I’m Lauren.
My love for aquatics was immediate, and since joining SOLS, Alice and I have spent years creating programmes and empowering swimmers of all ages. Alice’s commitment and expertise are a testament to her years in this field, and she’s a credit to both her business and the swimming profession.
As a mother, I understand children’s daily needs and know how to adapt instruction to each individual, recognising and responding to signs as they develop water confidence and skills.
Mobile aquatics is something we believe strongly in—it provides convenience for busy families and enables individuals of all ages to become stronger, healthier, and more confident, all in the privacy of their own homes.
